24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations or changes. If 24 hours notice is not given for cancellations or changes, or an appointment is missed, a no-show fee may be charged and a deposit will be required to secure future bookings.
All appointments that are 3 hours or more will require a deposit prior to booking to secure the appointment.
Two weeks notice is required for cancellations or changes for larger group bookings or wedding parties.
Our services are guaranteed for one week. We do not offer refunds for service or products; however, for Aveda products purchased at Diva we can exchange or offer you a credit note. Exchanges must be done within 30 days with original receipt. Gift cards are non-refundable. Please note all hair accessories, extensions, Hot Tools, sale items and holiday gift sets are final sale.
