Facilities and Teams
As a company with several locations within the city, Diva has managed to create a successful and consistent company. Our standardized services, superior product line and a high level of customer service have enabled our clients to enjoy their services at any of our Calgary locations. Receiving the same level of uncompromised service is something that the many long-term Diva clients would claim as being the reason for their loyalty. Although the décor and general surroundings of each location are suited to the team that it houses, the uniqueness is what keeps all of the Diva team proud of what we offer.
The general uplifting team spirit is to be found at every location, from the smallest to the largest, beginning with the Front Line: Well integrated into the salon and spa environment, the Front Line have a strong understanding of all services provided and able to match clients with the appropriate service provider, as well as provide a wide knowledge of the products we carry.
Each location has different levels of stylists, starting with the newcomers that are just beginning their careers to masters and seniors that have been working in this field for years. By keeping a healthy mix of all levels, we have created an environment where the new stylists have constant support and feedback from the more experienced stylists; thereby, creating an educational feel on the service floor.
The Spa Therapist is the straight line to relaxation, offering services such as massage, body treatments, pedicures, manicures and waxing. Focusing on touch rather than technology, these therapists believe that the way to beauty and wellness is through a more “hands-on”, natural approach.
Connecting this all together is the Leadership team. There are strong leaders at each location that have been hand-picked by the owners. These individuals are carrying out the standards and commitments that the owners have made so important. The Management team is responsible for the management and operation of their designated location. They are expected to provide the leadership and direction of activities, involving their employees to create a professional work environment and quality customer service. The Diva managers are maintaining a very positive image by continuously achieving their duties and improving their locations.
